Had 3 enyable days during Ramadan. The food experience at Ftour was amazing in Resturant Warda. And the personnel was very professional, fun and friendly. Special thanks to Hasna, Hasna and Sara at the reception. Also Adil the concierge. And both ladies working in the breakfast area (don't remember the names). Keep up the great work and spirit.

Excellent attention to details and great customer service, in particular Hasna Yassine, the guest service manager paid detailed attention to my needs and responded very well to all my requests. Room/House keeping provided professional and excellent service by Najat. Restaurant staff were amazing! I will go back without any hesitation, this location has become like home for me and the staff at the reception is providing excellent support as well.
